Problem Note 50206: Global range dates are incorrect for non-USA time zones
In SAS® OpRisk VaR, the global range values that are input to OpRisk VaR during data loading can be altered by timezone settings during the creation of an OpRisk VaR project. For example, for European timezones, the global range start and end dates for the loaded data are shifted back one day.
There are no warnings or error messages.
The workaround is to use the SAS OpRisk VaR client in the Eastern USA timezone. In the Windows operating environment, select Start ► Control Panel ► Date and Time ► Change time zone ► Eastern Time (US & Canada).
